Shane Warne’s Death Serves As A Warning About The Dangers Of Stress

Shane Warne's death a message on stress

Could Shane Warne’s death have been caused by the stress and abrupt lifestyle changes (such as those weight reduction workouts and diets) that he endured? According to what experts have mentioned so many times, it seems possible.

At 52 years old, Shane Warne, the greatest leg-spinner of all time, passed away after suffering what was believed to be a heart attack. The whole cricketing world, understandably, was taken aback. Former players, current cricketers, and cricket fans were all at a loss for what to say. Warne was just 52 when he died, and it came out of nowhere – no known illness caused it.

On the other hand, Shane Warne has tested positive for Covid-19 in 2021. According to Warne’s admission, he was placed on a ventilator, although he also said that it was not a difficult situation. Warne did not need much recovery after his Covid ordeal.
Warne had previously said that he was suffering from a “pounding headache,” but the symptoms were similar to those of the flu in an interview with The Herald-Sun last year.
