The Oklahoma State Fire Marshal Has Arrested An Employee Of An Architectural Business For Allegedly Falsifying Paperwork In Order To Acquire Construction Permits

Oklahoma State Fire Marshal arrests architecture firm employee for allegedly forging documents to obtain building permits

The CITY OF OKLAHOMA, OKLAHOMA (KFOR) — The Oklahoma State Fire Marshal apprehended an employee of an architectural business who was accused of submitting falsified paperwork to get construction permits.

According to James Fullingim, Assistant State Fire Marshal, Shunbin Ni was detained on a felony warrant on Tuesday for 21 counts of presenting a false or fraudulent document for recording, which was issued against him.

Ni works as an employee for an architectural business in Oklahoma. He is accused of submitting falsified paperwork to the Oklahoma State Fire Marshal’s Office during obtaining construction permits.

An investigation by a Multi-County Grand Jury in collaboration with the Oklahoma Attorney General’s Office resulted in an indictment against Ni, which resulted in the accusations against him.
