Russian central bank decides not to reopen stock market trading next week

From March 14 to 18, the Russian central bank will not reopen stock market trading on the Moscow Exchange, with the exception of some non-open-market transactions and transactions using the SPFI payment system, according to a statement released on Saturday.

The foreign currency market, money market, and repo market, according to the statement, will all open at 0700 GMT on certain days. The bank said that it will disclose the operating mode for the next week at a later time.
