Andy Cohen is excited to spend time with his newborn daughter Lucy. He’s really looking forward to one aspect of becoming a female dad.
On Monday, during NBCUniversal’s upfronts presentation in New York City, the Watch What Happens Live host chatted with Dailion about his newborn girl, whom he welcomed via surrogacy late last month.
“It’s thrilling! I’m already staring at her, trying to come up with a hairstyle for her “Cohen revealed. “I’m working on a number of concepts right now.”
He “already knows how to braid,” according to the TV personality and producer, so he doesn’t have to worry about learning it.
“And every night on Watch What Happens Live, I get the best up-close look of hairdos!” Cohen explained. “Every night at my concert, I talk to the hair and makeup people.”
Cohen is also the father of a 3-year-old son named Ben, who he says adores his new baby sister. “But what if he really loves her and wants to hit her? So I’m keeping a tight eye on everything.”
While Cohen’s hands are full with his gorgeous children, he’s also preparing up for the premiere of The Real Housewives of Dubai, a brand new spinoff of his Real Housewives franchise, which Cohen says will be considerably different from the other Housewives shows.
“I believe people are going to be blown away by how much Dubai plays into things and the restrictions of Dubai and what’s acceptable for women there and what’s not,” Cohen said. “You’ll see a lot of things in Dubai that you didn’t expect to see.”
“There are a lot of foreigners [in Dubai], and the lifestyle is more extravagant there, the glitz is intense, and it’s just a completely new playground for them,” he continued. “I mean, it’s a completely new place for us.”
